Privacy notice
This notice explains how Utilityroutecore handles personal data when you read this site, send an enquiry, or host a warehouse visit. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Data controller
Utilityroutecore, 90 St Maurices Road, Pubil, PH15 1UZ, United Kingdom, is the controller for enquiry and visit records. Email hello@utilityroutecore.click. Telephone 07905019017.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, chosen study, depot town or postcode area, optional fortnight, and the message you write. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send. From a site visit: the host’s name and the operational notes needed to draw boards. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. We do not seek special category data. Do not send health records or payroll files through the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, to scope a visit, and to invoice. Legal bases under United Kingdom data protection law are steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in running a small professional practice. Cookie storage of your banner choice is described on the cookie notice.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Contracts, invoices, and visit notes that support a board you still use are kept for six years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Printed boards left at your depot are yours to destroy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and data portability where it applies. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will need enough information to find your record and will not treat a rights request as a warehouse booking.
Processors and sharing
Email and accounting providers may process names and invoices on our instructions. We do not sell contact lists. We share a host’s name with our own practitioners who will attend the visit. We do not publish staff names from your warehouse.
International transfers
If a processor stores mail outside the United Kingdom, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism such as the UK extension to an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not send your late lists to a drawing studio abroad; boards are finished in Pubil.
Children
This site is for trade enquiries. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
