Audience
Wholesale houses that lose orders when seasonal cut-offs are guessed rather than measured. The sheet covers one named peak — Christmas, Easter, or a bank-holiday week — not a rolling year unless you commission a second calendar.
How it is drawn
We sit with despatch and the pick supervisor and work backwards from published carrier collections and the roster you already have. Sales receives the same last-order time as the warehouse. We will not invent labour you have not rostered.
Timeline and rate
Two weeks, timed ahead of the named peak. From £1,850 for one peak week at one depot. Commission it at least a month before the week you care about.
