One full shift walking with pickers, noting travel, congestion at fast movers, and the paper or radio steps that slow a line without anyone writing it down.
Audience
Warehouse managers who want an outside pair of eyes before rearranging pick faces. One day is enough when the question is a blocked aisle or a drifted slot, not a full exception board.
The day
Rowan walks a typical wholesale order with pickers. The note that follows is a plan of the aisle with a few call-outs. It will mention scuffed tape and dumped pallets. It will not recommend a new pick method unless the floor already asked.
Timeline and rate
One site day plus a written note within three working days. £950 per depot. Extra buildings are extra days.
